摘　　要：本文综合地理学与经济学的分析方法,基于金融供给侧结构性改革背景下中国31个省市区的面板数据,以金融抑制作为核心纽带,采用MS-AR模型和ArcGIS平台阐述金融供给侧结构性改革的进程,同步检验金融抑制对区域经济增长的影响。结果显示:(1)金融供给侧结构性改革背景下金融抑制水平的时空动态演化规律表明,区域金融抑制水平总体呈下降趋势,金融供给侧结构性改革在曲折中前进,整体呈现良好态势;(2)金融供给侧结构性改革引致金融抑制的区域经济增长效应表明,当下金融供给侧结构性改革具有必然性和必要性,金融供给侧结构性改革对经济增长具有积极作用,且对金融体系相对不健全的区域、区域经济发展水平相对较低的区域,正向作用效果较大。Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China under the background of financial supply side structu-ral reform,the process of financial supply side structural reform is elaborated by using MS-AR model and ArcGIS platform based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China under the background of financial supply side structural reform,and the impact of financial repression on regional economic growth is examined simultaneously.The results show that:(1)under the background of financial supply side structural reform,the temporal and spatial dynamic evolution law of financial repression level shows that the overall regional financial repression level shows a downward trend,and the financial supply side structural reform is progressing in twists and turns,showing a good overall situation;(2)the analysis of regional economic growth caused by the financial supply side structural reform shows that the current financial repression level is in a downward trend Financial supply side structural reform has the necessity and necessity.The financial supply side structural reform has a positive effect on economic growth,and the positive effect is greater in regions with relatively imperfect financial system and relatively low level of regional economic development.
