摘 要:煤矿井下全液压定向钻机在定向钻进时,普遍采用液压锁紧机构(俗称刹车)抱紧动力头输入轴的制动方式,动力头的旋转和刹车由独立的手柄控制,当司钻人员出现误操作时,刹车和旋转功能将会同时动作,导致刹车卡瓦的加速磨损或提前损坏,最终降低刹车组件的使用寿命和可靠性。对钻机刹车液压系统进行了分析,采用液压螺纹插装阀设计了一种逻辑控制集成阀块,使刹车手柄的动作权限高于旋转手柄,并通过现场测试验证了刹车优先阀块的功能性与可靠性。试验结果表明,设计方案能够有效避免操作失误造成的误动作,提高了钻机操作的安全性与可靠性。In the directional drilling,the hydraulic locking mechanisms(commonly known as brakes)of full hydraulic directional drilling rig applied in coal mine are commonly used to hold the input shaft of power head.The rotation and braking of power head are controlled by independent handles.When the driller misuse them,the brake and rotation functions will operate simultaneously,resulting in premature wear or damage to the brake wedge,ultimately reducing the service life and reliability of the brake assembly.Analyzed the hydraulic system of the brake of the drilling rig,using the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve to design a logic control integrated valve block,which makes the brake lever′s action authority higher than the rotary handle,and through field testing verified the functionality and the reliability of the brake override valve block.The test results show that the design scheme can effectively avoid the malfunction caused by the operation error and improve the safety and reliability of operations.
