摘  要:针对现有配液方式与检测手段的不足,提出一种全新的容积式乳化液自动配比方案,基于光学折射的浓度检测新方法,对自动配比系统进行试制和试验,设计浓度检测系统;提出在线管道多级混合方法;对系统中的各级部件进行设计选型,实现乳化液自动配比、混合乳化和浓度自动检测,具有简单可靠、配制质量高、浓度检测精确等优点。In view of the shortcomings of the existing solution preparation methods and detection methods,a new volumetric emulsion automatic proportioning scheme was proposed.Based on the new method of optical refraction concentration detection,the automatic proportioning system was trial manufactured and tested,and the concentration detection system was designed;the multi-stage on-line pipeline mixing method was proposed;all levels of components in the system were designed and selected to realize the automatic proportioning and mixing of emulsion combined with emulsification and concentration automatic detection,it has the advantages of simple and reliable,high preparation quality and accurate concentration detection.
