摘　　要：常村煤矿21040工作面回采过程中,需要施工大量的防灭火工程,而ZF7000/18/28型液压支架架间间隙过小严重制约工作面安全回采及防灭火工程的实施。结合常村煤矿防灭火措施,每15架优化1架液压支架,通过在液压支架顶梁上加装固定单翼侧护板及施工天窗,解决架间空间较小的问题,并采用针对性的措施,保证单翼侧护板及天窗的开合安全,为防灭火工程提供必要的施工空间,又保证了工作面安全回采,具有一定的现实意义。During the mining process of 21040 working face in Changcun coal mine,a large number of fire prevention and extinguishing projects need to be constructed,while the small clearance between ZF7000/18/28 type hydraulic supports seriously restricts the implementation of safe mining and fire prevention and extinguishing projects in the working face.Combined with the fire prevention and extinguishing measures in Changcun coal mine,per 15 hydraulic supports one support was optimized,and fixed single wing side shield and construction skylight were added on the top beam of the hydraulic support to solve the problem of the space between the rooms is small,and the targeted measures were adopted to ensure the safety of opening and closing of the single wing side guard board and the skylight,to provide the necessary construction space for the fire prevention and extinguishing engineering,and to ensure the safe mining of the working face,which has certain practical significance.
