摘　　要：为解决煤泥样品制备过程中人工破碎、缩分效果差、作业人员劳动强度大、煤泥粘连及阻塞设备等问题,研制了一种新型矿用立式煤泥破碎机。现场实际应用表明,该设备可用于煤泥样品制备的机械化破碎与辅助缩分,可将块状煤泥破碎成6 mm以下的颗粒,减轻了一线作业人员的劳动强度,提高了样品制备的效率和准确性。In order to solve the problems of poor manual crushing and shrinking effect during the preparation of slime samples,the high labor intensity of the operators,slime adhesion and blocking equipment,a new type of vertical slime crusher for mining was developed.The practical application on site shows that the equipment can be used for the mechanized crushing and auxiliary shrinking for separation of slime samples,and can crush the bulk slime to particles below 6 mm.The labor intensity of front-line operators is reduced and the efficiency and accuracy of sample preparation are improved.
