摘 要:针对ZF15000/26/42型放顶煤液压支架使用中出现的顶梁柱窝损坏问题,通过有限元分析软件,计算顶梁柱窝的受力情况,分析可能的断裂路径。结果表明,柱窝联接耳周围外形突变导致的局部应力集中是顶梁柱窝损坏的主要原因。采用连续柱窝结构可以有效改善柱窝周围及焊缝的受力情况,降低应力集中,提高柱窝的安全系数。In view of the leghead casting damage in the use of ZF15000/26/42 coal caving hydraulic support,through the finite element analysis software,the stress of leghead casting was calculated and the possible fracture path was analyzed.The results show that the main reason for the leghead casting damage is the local stress concentration caused by the sudden change of shape around the leghead casting connecting ear.The continuous structure can effectively improve the stress around the leghead casting and of the weld,reduce the local stress concentration and improve the safety factor of the leghead casting.
