摘　　要：为测试矿用磁力耦合器性能,采用Beckhoff基于PC的控制技术结合共直流母线方案,研制了矿用磁力耦合器电封闭试验台。试验台可以对多种型号耦合器进行多功能综合试验,试验后可以自动生成并打印试验报告。该试验台已投入应用,运行效果较好,具有操作简单、控制精度高、自动化程度高以及节约电能等优点。To test the performance of mine magnetic coupler,a electrical closed test bench for mine magnetic coupler was developed by using Beckhoff control technology based on PC combined with common DC bus scheme.The test bench can carry out multi-function comprehensive test for various types of coupler,and the test report can be automatically generated and printed after the test.The test bench has been put into operation,and has the advantages of simple operation,high control precision,high degree of automation and energy saving.
