摘 要:调压调速由于结构简单、可靠性高,在大功率带式输送机有级调速系统中广泛应用。传统的调压调速方法未考虑输送机特性,导致调速过程中需要引入过渡电阻来限制环流。考虑带式输送机呈感性的特点,通过合理地设置触发时刻,实现了调速过程自然无环流,且无需过渡电阻,装置寿命、损耗和体积都会显著改善。最后在PLECS下搭建了系统仿真模型,验证了控制策略的有效性。Due to its simple structure and high reliability,voltage-regulation speed regulation is widely used in the stepped speed regulation system of high-power belt conveyor.The traditional voltage-regulation speed regulation method does not consider the characteristics of the conveyor,resulting in the need of introduing transition resistance during the speed regulation to limit the circulation current.The inductive characteristics of the belt conveyor was considered,by reasonably setting the trigger time,the speed regulation process realizes naturally free of circulation current,and no transition resistance is required.The device life,loss and volume will be significantly improved.Finally,the system simulation model was built under PLECS to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy.
