摘　　要：针对采煤机长螺杆断裂故障,首先从强度校核以及材料成分、硬度和金相组织检测进行分析,然后通过井下调研发现了长螺杆断裂故障原因。通过改善长螺杆热处理工艺、长螺杆组件增加减振橡胶套并加强检修与维护,提高了长螺杆组件的可靠性。Aiming at the fracture fault of the long screw of the shearer,at first analyzed from the strength check and the detection of the material composition,hardness and metallographic structure,and then the causes of fracture fault of long screw were found through field investigation.The long screw heat treatment process was improved,the long screw assembly was added with a vibration damping rubber sleeve,and inspection and maintenance was strengthened.The reliability of the long screw assembly was improved.
