摘  要:为了减少采煤机液压系统故障次数和故障维修时间,以某型采煤机调高液压系统为研究对象,采用故障树分析方法对采煤机调高液压系统故障进行分析,分析故障主要因素,并对故障因素的发生概率进行定性分析。该研究为采煤机液压系统故障识别、故障处理及故障率降低等方面提供理论依据及参考。In order to reduce the number of failures and maintenance time for the shearer hydraulic system,a certain type of shearer height adjustment hydraulic system has been taken as the research object.The fault tree analysis method has been used to analyze the fault of the shearer height adjustment hydraulic system,the main factors of failure were analyzed,and the qualitative analysis of the occurrence probability for the analysis factors have been researched.The study provides theoretical basis and reference for the fault identification,fault handling and the faults reduction in the hydraulic system of the shearer.
