摘  要:提升机是煤矿立井开采的关键设备,作为井上与井下的重要连接枢纽,其安全稳定运行至关重要。为了确保提升机的安全运行,设计了一种煤矿主井提升机滚筒与天轮故障监测系统。对滚筒和天轮旋转部位的振动、温度、偏摆等关键数据进行监测与分析,并提取特征值,为设备故障早期预警、诊断提供有效支撑,为设备运行维护降本增效提供支持。Hoist is the key mechanical equipment in shaft mining.As an important connection hub between underground and ground,the importance of safe and stable operation is evident.In order to ensure the safe operation of the hoist,a fault monitoring system for drum and sheave wheel of main shaft hoist in coal mine was designed.Monitored and analyzed the key data such as vibration,temperature and deflection of the rotating parts of the drum and sheave wheel,then extracted characteristic values.It can provide effective support for early warning and diagnosis of equipment failure,and support equipment operation and maintenance to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
