摘  要:为控制灵武长枣炭疽病的危害,加快新型生物防治菌剂的研发,通过微生物技术和分子技术,从宁夏灵武市大泉林场枣园土壤中分离筛得细菌J6-N菌株,并对其进行形态学、生理生化特性和分子鉴定.结果表明,菌株J6-N为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),在pH=4~10、盐溶液的质量分数不超过10%时均能生长,具有较好的环境适应性;该菌株生长的最适pH=8,最适温度为30℃,最适盐溶液的质量分数为1.0%;主要通过竞争性抑制、分泌几丁质酶和葡聚糖酶对胶孢炭疽菌进行拮抗,抑菌率为(77.63±2.64)%.该菌株对灵武长枣炭疽病具有较好的生防潜力.In order to prevent the harm of Lingwuchangzao anthracnose and strengthen the research and develop of a new biological control bacteria agent,the authors of the article screened the bacterial strain J6-N with microbial technology and molecular technology by separating it from the soil of Daquan jujube orchard in Lingwu City,Ningxia,and carried out morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and molecular identification.The results showed that the strain J6-N was Bacillus Subtilis,which can grow when its pH value was between 4 to 10 and the salinity of salt solution no more than 10%and show good environmental adaptability;pH=8 is the optimum for the growth of strain J6-N,and its optimum temperature and salinity are 30℃and 1.0%;strain J6-N antagonized Colletotrichum gloeosporioides mainly by competitive inhibition,secretion of chitinase and glucanase.The antifungal rate was(77.63±2.64)%.It had good biocontrol potential for the anthracnose of Lingwuchanezao.
