摘  要:弓形虫呈世界性分布,可感染几乎所有的温血动物并引起弓形虫病,目前已成为危害人类健康和影响畜牧业生产的重要公共卫生问题,但迄今尚无理想的药物和防治手段。伴随着弓形虫重要毒性因子作用机制研究的日趋深入,研制安全有效的抗虫疫苗是防治弓形虫病的有效策略。棒状体蛋白(rhoptry proteins,ROPs)是弓形虫在入侵宿主细胞过程中向宿主胞内分泌的效应蛋白因子,因在弓形虫入侵及逃避宿主免疫清除过程中发挥着重要的作用,目前已成为研制弓形虫疫苗的重要候选分子,其中棒状体蛋白2(ROP2)家族是研究最为深入的重要成员。本文就近年来ROP2家族重要成员的疫苗研究进展进行综述,旨在为研发安全有效的抗弓形虫病疫苗提供思路。Toxoplasma gondii has a worldwide distribution and can infect almost all warm-blooded animals to cause toxoplasmosis.It causes great harm to human health and animal husbandry,but thus far there are no effective drugs to treat it.Since the mechanisms of T.gondii's key toxicity factors have been revealed,an effective strategy would be to de-velop a safe and effective vaccine based on toxicity factors to prevent and control of toxoplasmosis.The rhoptry proteins are an effector protein factor secreted by T.gondii during its invasion of host cells.Because of their key role during host cell invasion and evading host immune clearance,they have been selected as a candidate for development of vaccines a-gainst toxoplasmosis.The rhoptry protein 2(ROP2)family are key members of those proteins.This paper reviews the progress of vaccine research involving key members of the ROP2 family in recent years in order to provide insight into the development of an effective and safe vaccine that can specifically combat toxoplasmosis in the future.
