摘 要:松花江大顶子山航电枢纽工程是我国平原季节性冰冻河流上建设的第一座低水头航电枢纽工程。工程建设过程中,立足于地域特色,积极探索新材料、新技术、新工艺和新设备的应用,通过科学全面的试验研究,较好地解决了在宽浅平原冰冻河流上建设航电枢纽的关键技术难题,在通航建筑物防冰防冻技术、枢纽库区蓄冰处理及导冰技术、应用粉细砂冲填筑坝及坝基防渗技术等方面,实现了创新,填补了国内空白,取得了显著的工程效果。The Songhua River Dadingzi mountain navigation-power junction project is the first low-head navigation-power junction project built on the seasonal frozen river in China's plain.During the construction process,based on geographical characteristics,and actively explore the application of new materials,new technologies,new processes and new equipment,through scientific and comprehensive experimental research,a better solution to the key technical problems in the construction of navigation-power junction on the wide and shallow plain frozen rivers,in navigation building anti-ice anti-freezing technology,the hub area ice storage treatment and ice guide technology,application of fine sand powder filling dam and dam foundation seepage prevention technology,to achieve innovation,to fill the gaps in the country,and achieved significant engineering results.
