摘　　要：DRG支付方式在国际上应用广泛,其在宏观层面能有效控制医疗费用增长、促进卫生资源有效利用,在微观方面会对医院成本管理产生重要影响。医院必须关注DRG支付方式下成本管理的现实问题,积极探索成本管理的新路径,构建现代化的成本管理体系,有效管控成本。DRG is widely used in the world,which can effectively control the growth of medical expenses and promote the effective use of health resources at the macro level,and has an important impact on hospital cost management at the micro level.Hospitals must pay attention to the practical problems of cost management under DRG payment mode,actively explore the new path of cost management,build a modern cost management system,and effectively control costs.
