摘  要:平潭海峡公铁大桥包含3座航道桥,均为钢桁结合梁斜拉桥,采用H形混凝土桥塔,承台以上最大塔高200m。桥址处于台风频发、季风强劲区域,桥塔施工采用D1100-63V型塔吊,最大吊重63t。基于最大悬高及减少塔吊附着安装时间原则,单个桥塔布置2台塔吊,高231.73m、214.63m,分别布置5道、4道附着(包括标准附着框、附着杆、塔端预埋件等),附着杆采用长度可调的φ450mm×14mm无缝钢管,两端分别与标准附着框、塔端预埋件通过130mm销轴连接;塔端预埋件由耳座结构、钢棒及精轧螺纹钢筋组成;设计验算结果显示工作、非工作状态各杆件受力满足要求。附着施工时,塔端预埋件通过精轧螺纹钢筋锚固于桥塔内壁,钢棒通过灌浆锚固于塔壁内;附着杆长度方向可调节,实现快速对位,对位完成后通过高强度螺栓快速锁定。The Pingtan Straits Rail-cum-Road Bridge consists of three navigational channel bridges that are all steel truss composite girder cable-stayed bridges.The pylons are H-shaped concrete structures,rising at a maximum height of 200 mabove the pile caps.Due to that the bridges are located where the typhoon visits are frequent and the monsoon is quite intense,a reliable connection between the tower cranes and the pylons is very essential.The D1100-63 Vtower cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 63 twere employed.Based on the maximum suspension height and the principle of minimizing the fixation time of the tower cranes,each bridge pylon was equipped with two tower cranes at heights of 231.73 mand 214.63 m,respectively,and the higher tower crane needing five fixing connections and the lower tower crane needing four fixing connections.Each fixing connection is composed of the standard connecting frame,struts,and connectors embedded in the pylon columns.The struts,which are the length-adjustable seamless steel tubes with dimension ofφ450 mm×14 mm,are connected with the connecting frame at one end and connected with embedded connectors in the pylon columns via the130 mm pins at the other end.An embedded connector comprises the lug seats,steel bars and rolled threaded bars,and the load bearing conditions of the members all meet the requirements in both the working and off-duty states.During the fixing process,the embedded connectors were anchored in the pylon walls by the rolled threaded bars,and the steel bars were anchored in the pylon walls by grouting.The lengths of the struts can be adjusted to realize rapid butt-joining,and after joining,high-strength bolts are installed for rapid locking.
