摘  要:广州明珠湾大桥主桥为6跨连续三主桁双层桥面中承式钢桁拱桥,跨径布置为(96+164+436+164+96+60)m。钢梁为三片N形桁式结构,分阶段进行悬臂拼装,先合龙边跨,再合龙中跨。边跨平弦钢梁采用70t架梁吊机辅以临时支墩的半伸臂安装,主墩拱肋及主桁钢梁中跨侧采用70t爬坡架梁吊机、边跨侧采用250t大型浮吊辅以墩旁托架的双悬臂不对称安装。边跨合龙通过多支点顶、落梁和纵、横移的方式,分步、多点实现钢梁的无应力状态自然合龙。The main bridge of Mingzhu Bay Bridge in Guangzhou is a half-through steel truss arch bridge.The bridge has six continuous spans of 96,164,436,164,96 and 60 m.The steel girder,consisting of three N trusses,was assembled in cantilevers stage by stage,with the closure of side spans ahead of the central span.The flat-chord steel girders in the side spans were installed by the 70 t-capacity girder erection crane,with the aid of the protruding arms of the temporary piers.The arch ribs and central-span steel trusses were installed by the 70 t-capacity crawler cranes,and the steel trusses in the side spans were asymmetrically installed in the two-cantilever manner by the 250 t-capacity floating crane with the assistance of the pier-side brackets.The stress-free natural closure was realized in side spans after a series of operations,including step-bystep multi-point jacking,lowering,longitudinal and transverse tuning of the girders.
