摘 要:武汉市四环线龚家铺互通主线桥16~19号墩采用双幅(40+60+40)m预应力混凝土连续梁跨越青郑高速公路,双幅连续梁间距仅50cm。该桥连续梁采用4对菱形挂篮双幅同步悬臂浇筑工艺施工。连续梁先施工左幅、后施工右幅,右幅挂篮滞后于左幅挂篮3个梁段,采用纵向错位技术完成左幅1~6号、右幅1~3号梁段施工;利用6号梁段的挂篮按先边跨、后中跨的顺序合龙左幅7号梁段;左幅连续梁合龙后,左幅挂篮后退并拆除部分杆件,采用竖向错位技术施工右幅4~6号梁段;采用竖向错位技术完成右幅7号梁段合龙施工;左、右幅连续梁施工后,拆除所有挂篮。In the Gongjiapu Interchange on the Fourth Ring Road in Wuhan,the part of mainline bridge between piers 16-19 is a continuous PC twin-deck bridge crossing the Qingling-Zheng-dian Expressway,each with three spans of 40,60 and 40 m.The twin structures(eastbound and westbound)are spaced merely 50 cm in transverse direction.Four pairs of diamond-shaped form travelers were employed in the synchronized cantilever casting of the beams.Beams in the westbound were cast ahead of the eastbound,leaving the form travelers on the eastbound structure three beam sections lagged behind the form travelers on the westbound structure.A longitudinal staggering technique was adopted to finish the construction of the beams between piers 1-6 in the westbound structure and the beams between piers 1-3 in the eastbound structure.The form travelers installed on the beam section No.6 was deployed to close the beam section No.7 in the westbound structure,proceeding from the side spans towards the central span.After the closure of the westbound continuous structure,the form travelers on the eastbound structure were moved backward,with some members dismantled,and a vertical staggering technique was used to construct the beam sections 4-6 in the eastbound structure.The beam section No.7 in the eastbound was closed using the vertical staggering technique.After the completion of the westbound and eastbound continuous structures,all the form travelers were dismantled.
