摘  要:为准确、快速计算采用临时兜吊系统更换拱桥吊杆过程中兜吊处的桥面位移,提出一种拱桥吊杆更换桥面位移控制计算方法,该方法先偏安全地假设单对吊杆支撑单个梁段计算桥面位移和吊杆索力,然后采用桥面刚度系数修正计算结果。以某中承式钢管混凝土桁架拱桥为例,采用试验性吊杆和有限元模型对所提方法进行验证,并在实桥上应用。结果表明:试验性吊杆和有限元计算均验证了该方法的可靠性,实桥吊杆更换中采用简化模型计算的位移与实际位移趋势一致且较为接近,二次调索后的桥面线形和索力满足规范要求。该方法能有效指导吊杆更换过程中的桥面位移控制,且计算简单。Hangers of the arch bridge can be replaced utilizing the temporary hammock suspension systems.To simplify and facilitate the calculation of deck displacements at the locations of the hammock suspension systems,a method to control deck displacements of arch bridge during hangers replacement is proposed,by which the deck displacements and hanger forces are first calculated in a relatively safe manner by assuming that a single girder segment is supported by a single pair of hangers,and then,the calculation results are modified by deck stiffness coefficients.A concretefilled steel tubular arch bridge of half-through type was taken as an example for the study.The method was verified by using the trial hangers and finite element models,and was applied to the real bridge.The results show that the method is proved reliable by the trial hangers and the finite element calculation,during the hanger replacement on the real bridge,the displacements calculated by the simplified model are consistent with the actual trends of displacements,and approximate.The deck alignment and hanger forces after the second-round hanger adjustment can meet the code requirements.The method can effectively guide the deck displacement control during the hanger replacement and facilitate the calculation.
