摘 要:采用熔盐法制备吸附剂Mn-Ce/FA,将其用于脱除模拟烟气中的SO2,借助固定床评价系统对其脱硫行为进行测试,利用BET,XRD,SEM,XPS表征手段检测其物理化学特性。结果表明:Mn-Ce/FA吸附剂的最佳制备条件为Mn(NO3)240 mL,Ce(NO3)36 g,NaNO318 g,两步焙烧温度分别为375℃和400℃。最优吸附剂硫容为17.45 mg/g。NaNO3起熔剂作用使锰铈组分在液相熔融盐充分混合,块状钠锰双金属氧化物Na2Mn3O7对吸附剂脱除SO2有利,其形成经历开始沉淀到继续生长2个阶段;少量Ce(NO3)3的添加可促进Na2Mn3O7晶粒成块状,更利于脱除SO2;飞灰在吸附剂中起载体作用使锰铈组分负载均匀,其高温液态排列方式的硅铝结构可以和NaNO3熔融在一起为Na2Mn3O7和CeO2提供易于均匀形成和生长的空间。The adsorbent Mn-Ce/FA was prepared by molten salt method.They were used to remove SO2 from the simulated flue gas,and the desulfurization experiments were tested in a fixed-bed reactor.Physicochemical properties of adsorbents were measured by BET,XRD,SEM and XPS.The results show that the sulfur capacity of the optimal Mn-Ce/FA adsorbent is 17.45 mg/g.The optimal preparation conditions are Mn(NO3)240 mL,Ce(NO3)36 g and NaNO318 g.The two-stage calcination temperatures are 375°C and 400°C,respectively.NaNO3 as a flux is conducive to mix the manganese and cerium components in the liquid phase of the molten salt.Meanwhile,the formation of bulk sodium-manganese bimetallic oxide Na2Mn3O7 is helpful to remove SO2.The bulk Na2Mn3O7 can form through two stages of precipitation and growth.Adding a little amount of Ce(NO3)3 in the single manganese adsorbent can make the Na2Mn3O7 grains form a block and is more conducive to the removal of SO2.The fly ash is the carrier in the adsorbent and is helpful to uniformly load the manganese and cerium components.And the silicon-aluminum structure of the high-temperature liquid arrangement can be fused with NaNO3 to provide a site for the formation and growth of Na2Mn3O7 and CeO2.
