摘 要:甲醇作为化学工业基础原料和清洁液体燃料,长期接触会引起中毒。为了进一步的工业要求提供参考依据,文中采用了新型填料喷雾塔对含甲醇废气进行强化吸收的实验研究。通过改变液体流量、气体流量、甲醇进口质量浓度和温度单因子参数的方法观察甲醇的去除率和总吸收率,根据分析实验数据可知,当液气比与温度一定时,甲醇去除率和总吸收率随甲醇质量浓度增加而降低;当液气比与甲醇进口质量浓度一定时,两者随温度的升高呈缓慢上升趋势;当温度与液体流量一定时,甲醇去除率随着气体流量的增加而降低,而总吸收率随气体流量增加呈上升趋势;在气体流量一定时,两者都随液体流量的增加而增加。最后通过激光粒度分析仪测试该塔中4种不同高度喷雾液滴粒径分布。Methanol,as a basic raw material for the chemical industry and a clean liquid fuel,can cause poisoning after prolonged contact.To provide reference for further industrial requirements,experimental study on enhanced absorption of methanol containing waste gas with a proposed packed spray tower was carried out in this paper.The removal rate and total absorption rate of methanol were observed by changing the single factor parameters of liquid flow rate,gas flow rate,methanol inlet mass concentration,and temperature.According to the analysis of experimental data,we can know that when the liquid-gas ratio and temperature are constant,the methanol removal rate and total absorption rate decrease as the methanol mass concentration increases;when the liquid-gas ratio and the methanol inlet mass concentration are constant,the two gradually increase with increasing temperature;when the temperature and liquid flow rate are constant,the methanol removal rate decreases as the gas flow rate increases.And the total absorption rate increases with the increase of gas flow rate;when the gas flow rate is constant,both increase with the increase of liquid flow rate.Finally,the particle size distribution of spray droplets of 4 different heights in the tower was tested by a laser particle size analyzer.
