海绵城市建设理念下的道路设计策略

摘　　要：海绵城市是缓解城市内涝问题、减轻城市径流污染程度、保障城市生态环境稳定性、城市的可持续发展的重要途径,海绵城市理念对市政道路建设有着重要的影响。通过分析传统道路的弊端,海绵城市理念下道路建设的优势,提出了在海绵城市城市道路设计中应从规划层面把控、设计层面把握、道路建设制度把关的策略,以期为海绵城市理念下的道路设计提供一些参考。Sponge city is an important way to alleviate urban waterlogging problems,reduce urban runoff pollution,and ensure the stability of urban ecological environment and sustainable development of the city.The concept of sponge city has an important impact on the construction of municipal roads.By analyzing the shortcomings of traditional roads construction and the advantages of urban road construction based on the concept of sponge city,this paper proposes strategies that the design of roads based on sponge city should be controlled at the planning level,grasped at the design level,and controlled by the road construction system.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the road design under the concept of sponge city.
