摘  要:随着新能源发电不断接入电网,加之煤价上涨,火电厂的经营面临更大的压力,燃煤掺烧成为火电厂降低发电成本的主要途径之一。给煤机堵煤对于机组负荷和安全运行来说,带来了更多考验,为解决给煤机堵煤问题,设计了给煤机压缩空气疏通装置,通过现场应用,能够有效解决给煤机落煤管堵煤的问题,确保机组制粉系统的安全稳定运行,降低了工人疏通堵煤劳动强度,减少了环境污染,产生了较好的经济和社会效益。With the capacity growth of new energy power generation,coupled with rising coal prices,the operation of thermal power plants is facing greater pressure.Coal-fired blending has become the main way for ensuring the profit of thermal power plants but issued new challenge to the operation.In order to solve the problem of coal jamming in the coal machine,a compressed air dredging device for the coal feeding machine is designed.Through field application,it is proved an effectively solution to the problem of coal jamming in the coal pipe of the coal machine and ensure the unit.The safe and stable operation of the pulverizing system reduces the labor intensity of workers in dredging and blocking coal and environmental pollution while produces better economic and social benefits.
