注射用纤溶酶致恶心呕吐不良反应1例

摘　　要：1例67岁女性患者,既往双下肢肌肉退化病史19年,半月前行子宫切除术。因双下肢疼痛、肿胀9 d入院,诊断为“双下肢静脉血栓形成、子宫切除术后、双下肢肌肉退化病”,入院后给予注射用尿激酶、阿加曲班注射液、低分子肝素钙注射液、注射用托拉塞米注射液等药物治疗。入院第7日,给予注射用纤溶酶,约给药30 min时,患者出现恶心、呕吐,立即停用该药,并给予地塞米松磷酸钠注射液静推,约10 min后症状逐渐减轻,2 h后恶心、呕吐症状消失,后未再出现类似症状,病情稳定后出院。One 67-year-old female patient with a 19-year history of muscle degeneration in both lower extremities underwent hysterectomy half a month ago.She was hospitalized because of pain and swelling of both lower extremities for 9 days,and was diagnosed as venous thrombosis of both lower extremities,post-hysterectomy,muscular degeneration of both lower extremities.After admission,urokinase for injection,argatroban injection,low molecular weight heparin calcium injection and torasemide for injection were given to her.On the 7th day of admission,fibrinogenase for injection was given to her.30 minutes later,she developed nausea and vomiting.Fibrinogenase for injection was stopped immediately.And dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was given to her with intravenous injection.Nausea and vomiting gradually improved 10 minutes later and disappeared after 2 hours.And no similar symptoms occurred later.She was discharged with stable condition.
