摘 要:三轴搅拌桩试桩过程中发现一幅桩施工结束后返浆量较多,须配备专用挖机将多余废浆引流至贮浆坑,导致送入土层的水泥不能达到设计要求的含量,极有可能造成三轴搅拌桩体强度不够,地基承载力达不到设计要求。因此,通过水灰比的优化,充分发挥水泥的利用效率,有利于保证三轴搅拌桩的质量,减少了废浆产生量,同时降低废浆外运成本和固体废物污染影响,施工质量、施工成本及环境保护多方面取得一致。During the trial pile test of the three-axis mixing pile,it was found that there was a large amount of return slurry after the completion of the construction of the pile.A special excavator must be equipped to divert the excess waste slurry to the storage pit,which caused the cement delivered into the soil to fail to meet the design requirements.It is very likely that the strength of the triaxial mixing pile is insufficient,and the foundation bearing capacity cannot meet the design requirements.Therefore,by optimizing the water-cement ratio and giving full play to the utilization efficiency of cement,it is beneficial to ensure the quality of the three-axis mixing pile,reduce the amount of waste slurry,and reduce the cost of waste slurry transportation and the impact of solid waste pollution.Cost and environmental protection have reached agreement in many aspects.
