摘　　要：某钢结构装配式住宅工程采用由小截面钢管柱与工字钢梁组成的框架结构体系,针对钢管柱截面小、高度高的施工难点,研究高抛混凝土的材料组成、施工机具和浇筑工艺,通过制作计量漏斗和可伸缩导管,确保了柱内混凝土的成型质量和密实度,满足了设计要求。A steel structure prefabricated residential project adopts a frame structure system composed of small-section steel pipe columns and I-beams.Aiming at the construction difficulties of small section and high height of steel pipe columns,the material composition,construction equipment and pouring technology of high-throw concrete are studied.By manufacturing the metering funnel and the telescopic conduit,the molding quality and compactness of the concrete in the column are ensured,and the design requirements are met.
