摘  要:为解决传统航空三相功率因数校正(PFC)电路直流母线输出电压高、变化范围窄、不利于后级变换器设计等问题,此处以三相电流型整流器(CSR)为研究对象进行分析,得出CSR具有降压特性、输出电压可以从零开始调节的特点。针对三相CSR开展了适用于不同电网频率场合的输出电压外环、直流侧电感电流内环的双闭环控制策略研究,实现设备在不同电网频率工况下单位功率因数运行。该方法不需要采集电网电流,省去网侧电流传感器,节省成本。搭建一台1.35 kW实验样机,实验结果验证了该控制策略的正确性。Large value and narrow variation range of the output voltage of the traditional aircraft three-phase power factor correction(PFC)circuit DC bus lead many problems,such as not conducive to the design of backward converter.In order to solve the problems,three-phase current source rectifier(CSR)is taken as the research object for analysis.The CSR has a buck-type characteristic,and the output voltage can be adjusted from zero.For the three-phase CSR,a double closed-loop control strategy for the output voltage outer loop and DC-side inductor current inner loop applicable to different grid frequency occasions is developed.It can realize the unit power factor of the equipment under the field conditions of different grid frequencies.This method does not need to collect the grid-side current and does not use the grid-side current sensor,which can save costs.A 1.35 kW experimental prototype is built.The experimental results verified the correctness of the control strategy.
