摘 要:为降低模块化多电平换流器(MMC)工作时的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)开关频率,解决传统排序均压策略对芯片资源过度依赖的问题,在传统的排序均压算法基础上,研究了一种适用于高压柔性直流输电工程应用的优化均压策略。基本思想是每个控制周期仅根据子模块电容电压大小进行分组,并根据MMC每个桥臂的子模块电容电压额定值设定电压"合理区间",每个控制周期仅对"不合理电压"的子模块和调制波"差额"进行投切状态的调整,其他子模块保持IGBT状态不变,最大程度地降低IGBT开关频率。搭建了RTDS测试平台对所提优化控制策略进行了测试验证,测试结果表明,相对于传统的排序均压策略,所提优化控制策略可以有效降低IGBT开关频率,并大大减少了排序算法对现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)芯片资源的消耗,子模块电压波动范围有所增大但仍满足工程要求。In order to reduce the switching frequency of insulated gate bipolar translator(IGBT)in modular multi-level converter(MMC)and to solve the problem of excessive dependence on chip resources by traditional equalizing sorting strategy,an optimized equalizing strategy suitable for the application of high voltage flexible DC transmission engineering is studied based on the traditional sorting equalizing strategy.Each control cycle is grouped according to the capacitance voltage of the sub-module,and the voltage"reasonable interval"is set according to the capacitance voltage rating of the MMC sub-module.Each control cycle only adjusts the switching state of the sub-module of"unreasonable voltage"and the"difference"of the modulation wave,while the other sub-modules keep the IGBT state.Switching frequency of IGBT can be reduced to the greatest extent.RTDS test platform is built to test and verify the optimal control strategy proposed.Test results show that optimal control strategy proposed can effectively reduce the switching frequency of IGBT compared with the traditional sequencing voltage equalization strategy,and greatly reduce the resource consumption of the field programmable gate array(FPGA)chip for the sequencing algorithm.The range of the capacitance voltage of sub-module has been increased,but it still meets the engineering requirements.
