摘 要:为了得到一种水性涂料和溶剂型涂料通用的漆雾凝聚剂,以三聚氰胺、甲醛为原料,分别以丙烯酰胺、二甲胺为改性剂制备脱粘剂A剂。通过对比实验,确定了A剂的更优改性剂为丙烯酰胺;三聚氰胺、甲醛、丙烯酰胺的最佳反应的物质的量之比为1:3:2;羟甲基化阶段pH为8〜9,反应温度为75℃;缩聚阶段pH为4左右;反应温度为45℃。并且以改性聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为B剂,确定了新型通用漆雾凝聚剂的A、B剂最佳投料质量比为1:1。结果表明:该新型漆雾凝聚剂的浊度去除率能达到99%,药剂成本下降了14.8%。无论从产品的性价比还是环境友好等方面均明显优于市售的漆雾凝聚剂,具有明显的经济效益和生态效益。In order to prepare an universal paint mist coagulant for both waterborne and solventborne paint,a viscosity reducer agent A was prepared by use of melamine and formaldehyde as raw materials and acrylamide and dimethylamine as modifiers respectively.Through the comparison experiments,the acrylamide showed better modification performance for agent A,and the optimum ratio was 1:3:2 of melamine,formaldehyde and acrylamide,with the pH 8-9 and reaction temperature 75 ℃ at hydroxy methylation stage,and the pH 4 and reaction temperature 45 ℃ at condensation stage.Besides,modified polyacrylamide(PAM)was used as agent B and the optimum mass ratio of agent A and agent B of the new universal paint mist coagulant was 1:1.The turbidity reduction efficiency of the new paint mist coagulant could be up to 99%,and the materials cost could be reduced by 14.8%.It is obviously better than the commercially available paint mist coagulant in terms of cost performance and environmental issues,and will bring potential economic and ecological benefits.
