摘  要:采用水性环氧乳液和水性胺固化剂为成膜物,添加导电炭黑等填料制备了水性四防(防静电、防盐雾、防湿热、防霉菌)漆,当炭黑添加量为13%、颜基比为0.80、环氧基/胺氢物质的量比为1.1∶1时,涂层具有良好的四防功能。此外,对分散剂、消泡剂进行了优选,能够实现炭黑在研磨分散过程中的稳定分散及快速消泡,从而避免了涂料在制备及成膜过程中的缺陷。水性环氧四防漆以水为分散介质,VOC含量低,安全环保,有望替代现有溶剂型四防漆应用于军用领域。A four-proof coatings was prepared by use of epoxy emulsion,water reducible amine,conductive carbon black and other fillers. When the epoxy group and amine active hydrogen molar ratio was 1. 1∶1,the pigment and binder ratio 0. 80 and carbon black 13%(by wt%),the waterborne coatings could demonstrate good four proof performance(antistatic,salt spray resistance,humidity resistance,and mildew proof). The optimum selection of dispersant and defoamer provided a stable dispersion and quick defoaming during the dispersing of carbon black,avoiding the defects in production of coatings and film forming process. The waterborne four-proof primer was prepared with water as dispersing medium,resulting in low VOC,safety and environmental-friendly properties,which shows high potential as an alternative to the solvent-basedcoatingsformilitaryuses.
