摘 要:甲板防滑涂层在使用过程中,存在不同程度的损伤和防滑耐磨性能的退化,给人员和装备的安全埋下巨大的隐患,必须对其进行去除和修复。针对防滑涂层破损程度及其应用条件,选择合理的涂层去除方法极为重要。本文详细介绍了现有涂层去除方法的种类,总结了现有涂层去除方法的作用机理;介绍了国内外有关甲板防滑涂层去除技术的研究和应用现状,重点阐述了不同破损程度涂层的具体施工方案,并指出甲板防滑涂层去除技术仍需要解决的问题及未来的研究趋势。In the service process of deck non-skid coating,there exists different degrees of damage and degradation of anti-slip and wear-resistant performance,which will bring about huge risk to the safety of personnel and equipment.Therefore,it must be removed and repaired.In view of the damage degree and the application conditions of the non-skid coatings,choosing a reasonable coatings removal method is extremely important for the rapid repair of the coatings.In this paper,the types of existing coatings removal methods were reviewed in detail,and the mechanism of the existing coatings removal methods were summarized.The research and application status of deck non-skid coatings removal technology at home and abroad were described,focusing on the specific application approaches of coatings with different damage degrees.Finally,the problems of existing removal technology and the development trend of the deck non-skid coating removal technology were provided.
