全棉缎纹面料树脂整理工艺优化及掉绒问题的解决

摘　　要：针对纯棉普梳环锭纺105~s/40~s×40~s/133×76缎纹面料进行实验。由于面料本身的特性,在起毛起球的控制上比较困难。对面料进行树脂整理可使织物的起毛起球问题得到改善,但断裂强力有所下降。另外,成品深色面料出现严重的掉绒现象,使用起来有刺痒感。通过分析优化后,采用4道火口两正两反重烧毛工艺,印花布洗水后调节布面pH为5.5~6.5,控制轧树脂液7636用量为35 g/L,100℃烘干,170℃焙烘35 s,最终起毛起球现象减少,断裂强力大于220 N,掉绒、刺痒感、手感较差等问题得到解决。The experiment was carried out on pure cotton ring spun 105~s/40~s×40~s/133×76 satin fabric. Due to the characteristics of the fabric itself, it was difficult to control the pilling. Resin finishing could improve the pilling problem of fabric, but the breaking strength would decrease. In addition, the finished dark fabric appeared serious down phenomenon,which made it itchy. Through analysis and optimization, 4 fire two positive two anti singeing processes were adopted. After washing, the clothe surface pH was adjusted to 5.5~6.5. When the amount of resin rolling liquid 7636 was 35 g/L, it was dried at 100 ℃ and baked at 170 ℃ for 35 s. The final pilling phenomenon was reduced, the breaking strength was greater than 220 N, and the problems such as falling down, scratching and poor handle were solved.
