棉用增白剂CNT-2的应用性能

摘  要:分别测试、比较棉增白剂CNT-2、CPD和增白剂A的水溶性、耐硬水性以及与碱的复配稳定性。结果表明,CNT-2的各项性能均优于另外两个增白剂;CNT-2与多功能精练粉TF-120EB的复配性最好。进一步采用浸渍工艺将CNT-2应用于棉斜纹布的增白实验中。结果表明,CNT-2增白浸渍工艺为:用量不超过0.4%(omf),60~80℃保温15 min;工作液中的铁离子和铝离子对CNT-2的增白效果影响较大。在氧漂增白同浴汽蒸工艺中,将CNT-2应用于纯棉府绸织物上,CNT-2的增白效果优于CPD和增白剂A。The water solubility, hard water resistance and alkali stability of cotton whitening agent CNT-2, CPD and whitening agent A were tested and compared. The results showed that the various properties of CNT-2 was better than that of the other two whitening agents, and CNT-2 has the best compatibility with TF-120 EB. Furthermore, CNT-2 was applied to the whitening experiment of cotton twill by dipping process. The results showed that the dipping process of fluorescent brightener CNT-2 were as follows: the dosage of CNT-2 not more than 0.4%(omf), temperature 60~80 ℃, time 15 min.Iron ions and aluminum ions in the working solution had great influence on the whitening effect of CNT-2. In alkali-hydrogen peroxide bleaching and whitening one bath steaming process, CNT-2 was applied to cotton poplin fabric, and the whitening effect of CNT-2 was better than CPD and fluorescent brightener A.
