摘 要:为了研究再生锦纶尼丝纺产品的染色性能,采用与大生产相似的工艺进行碱减量、染色和定形处理。碱减量主要研究碱量率、撕破强力、拉伸断裂强力、接缝强力等指标;染色主要研究色光、耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度等指标。结果表明,在相同碱减量和染色条件下,再生锦纶尼丝纺织物具有比原生锦纶尼丝纺织物更好的机械性能,色光和色牢度基本一致。In order to study the dyeing properties of regenerated nylon filament,the alkali deweighting,dyeing and setting process were carried out in the same process as mass production.Alkali deweighting mainly studies the alkali content rate,tearing strength,tensile breaking strength and joint strength,and dyeing mainly studies color shade,color fastness to soaping,color fastness to perspiration,color fastness to rubbing and other indicators.The results showed that the recycled nylon has better mechanical properties than the original nylon under the same alkali deweighting and dyeing conditions,and the color shade and color fastness were basically the same.
