摘 要:为了使检测人员、生产方、使用方等理解和掌握环境湿度对面料液体芯吸高度检测结果的影响,分别在恒温恒湿[(20±2)℃,(65±3)%]和常温低湿[(20±2)℃.(25±3)%]环境下测试芯吸高度,分析两种环境下的差异。结果表明,环境湿度对面料液体芯吸高度测试结果影响很大,湿度低,芯吸高度测试结果低;经向紧度大的面料,经向芯吸高度高于纬向;普通柔软整理后的芯吸高度比免烫整理、潮交联整理高。In order to make sure that the inspectors, producers, users and other related parties understand and grasp the influence of environmental humidity on the results of fabric liquid wicking height test, the wicking height was tested at constant temperature and humidity [(20±2) ℃,(65±3)%], room temperature and low humidity [(20±2) ℃,(25±3%)],and the wicking height difference between the two environments was compared. The results showed that the environmental humidity had a great influence on test results of the liquid wicking height test of the fabric. In low humidity environment test, the wicking height was low. Fabrics with high warp cover factor had higher wicking height on warp than that on weft.The wicking height of the softer finishing fabric was relatively higher than that of the pre-cure finishing and the moist-cure finishing.
