摘 要:为了研究发热内衣的吸湿发热性能,分别对15批次标识或宣称具有吸湿发热功能的内衣样品进行测试、分析。结果表明吸湿发热升温值符合要求的样品较少;同时,一款好的吸湿发热内衣的吸湿发热性能受水洗的影响较小。纤维质量分数和平方米干燥质量对纺织品吸湿发热性能有一定影响。面料所含亲水性纤维成分(如黏纤、棉、莫代尔纤维)越多越厚重,吸湿发热性能越好。In order to study the moisture absorption and heat generation performance of "heating underwear", 15 batches of underwear samples labeled or claimed to have moisture absorption and heat generation function were tested and analyzed. The results showed that there were fewer samples with moisture absorption and heating value meeting the requirements, at the same time, the moisture absorption and heating performance of a good moisture absorption and heating underwear was less affected by washing. Fiber content and dry weight in square meters had a certain impact on the moisture absorption and heat generation performance of textiles. The more hydrophilic fiber components(such as viscose, cotton, and modal fibers) contained in the fabric, the thicker the fabric is, the better the moisture absorption and heat generation performance.
