摘  要:针对某1000 MW超超临界汽轮机高压转子,基于机组的冷态启动数据,利用ANSYS软件建立有限元分析模型,得到冷态启动过程中的最大应力曲线。通过改变初始进汽温度拟定不同的冷态启动优化方案,并分析了优化效果。结果表明:在启动时间不变的前提下,降低初始进汽温度可以有效增加汽轮机高压转子的寿命。A finite element analysis model was established for the high-pressure rotor of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine using ANSYS software based on cold start-up data of the unit,so as to obtain the maximum stress curve during cold start-up process of the rotor.Different cold start-up optimization schemes were drawn up by changing the initial inlet steam temperature,for which,corresponding optimization effectiveness was analyzed.Results show that under the premise of constant start-up time,the service life of the high-pressure turbine rotor could be increased effectively by reducing the initial inlet steam temperature.
