摘　　要：庞宇舟教授,第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,国家中医药管理局重点学科(壮医学)带头人,深耕中医药(壮医药)领域,从事医、教、研工作40余年,率先阐述了壮医毒论核心理论和壮医毒论应用理论,充实、发展了"毒虚致百病"的壮医病因病机学说,形成了"毒论—毒病—解毒法—解毒药"的壮医学术思想,临床诊治疾病倡导从毒求因、以毒论病、辨毒设法、解毒施治的四位一体模式,形成了独具特色的壮医毒病理论,为壮医临床诊治疾病提供了新的思路和方法。笔者有幸跟随庞宇舟教授学习,深刻领会壮医毒病理论,兹将庞师壮医毒病理论试述如下。Professor Pang Yuzhou,the sixth batch of instructors of the national traditional Chinese medicine experts who have inherited the academic experience,enjoy the special allowance of the State Council,the leader of the key discipline of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Zhuang Medicine),and deeply cultivated in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(Zhuang Medicine). He has been engaged in medical,teaching and research for nearly 40 years. He has taken the lead in expounding the core theory of Zhuang doctor’s drug theory and the application theory of Zhuang doctor’s drug theory,enriching and developing the theory of the pathogenesis of Zhuang doctors. The medicinal system of toxicology-toxic disease-detoxification method-detoxification medicine,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease advocates the fourin-one mode from the cause of poison,the poisonous disease,the drug identification,and the detoxification treatment. The characteristic theory of Zhuang medical poisoning disease provides new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Zhuang medicine. The author is fortunate to follow Professor Pang Yuzhou’s study and profoundly understand the significance of the theory of Zhuang doctor’s disease in clinical guidance. I will describe the theory of teacher Pang’s zhuang Medicine treatment of poisonous diseases as follows.
