博望区创建省级生态文明建设示范区的思考与建议

摘　　要：指出了生态环境关乎民族未来、百姓福祉。党的“十九大”报告就生态文明建设提出新论断,坚持人与自然和谐共生成为新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略重要组成部分。在总结了博望区生态文明建设现状、优势和面临挑战的基础上,围绕安徽省生态文明建设示范县指标,对博望区创建级生态文明建设示范区进行了可达性分析。并有针对性地提出了相应的对策,以期为博望区成功创建提供参考。The ecological environment is related to the future of the nation and the well-being of the people.In the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward new judgments on the construction of ecological civilization,insisting on the harmonious coexistence of man and nature as an important part of the basic strategy of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current status,advantages and challenges of ecological civilization construction in Bowang District,this paper conducted an accessibility analysis on the ecological civilization construction demonstration zones in Bowang District based on the indicators of Anhui Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration County.Corresponding countermeasures were put forward in a targeted manner with a view to providing a reference for the successful establishment of Bowang District.
