摘 要:指出了摆动辗压是一种多因素耦合作用的几何、物理、边界复杂非线性成型过程,是一种局部施压、连续高效塑性成形的方法。其有许多优点,如省力、工件精度高、振动和噪音较小等。该方法在航空航天、机械加工、电器制作等众多领域都起着重要的作用。主要介绍了摆动辗压工艺的技术原理与技术特点,阐述了中国与美国、英国、波兰、日本的摆动辗压工艺的发展情况,并且对未来摆动辗压技术在加强数字化、应用于难成型件、摆辗机大吨位化和与和其他技术相结合4个方面对该技术的发展进行了预测。Rotary forging is a multi-factor coupling process of geometric,physical and boundary complex nonlinear forming process.It is a method of local pressure,continuous and efficient plastic forming with many advantages,such as labor saving,high precision,less vibration and noise.This method plays an important role in many fields such as aerospace,machining and electrical production.This paper mainly introduces the rotary forging technology principle and technical characteristics of the process,and expounds the development of the process in China,the United States,Britain,Poland and Japan.This paper makes certain predictions for the development of this technology from improvement of digitalization,application of difficult forming workpiece,large-tonnage pendulum forging machine and combined with other technologies.
