摘 要:作为特高压交流变电站内的主要噪声源之一,运行中的特高压变压器的本体噪声、冷却装置噪声及环境噪声等相互混叠,给准确分析特高压变压器的噪声特性带来不利影响。文中依据某1 000 kV交流变电站特高压变压器的噪声测试结果,通过设计阻带滤波器和合理选取稀疏自动编码器的关键参数如隐层节点数、稀疏参数等,提出了一种综合阻带滤波器和稀疏自动编码器的特高压变压器本体噪声提取方法,对比分析了特高压变压器噪声信号分离前后的频谱瀑布图。结果表明:特高压变压器的本体噪声主要集中在100、200、300 Hz分量,经所构建的稀疏自编码器网络提取的特高压变压器本体噪声的时域更为平稳,频域分辨率更高。研究结果可为特高压变电站变压器的可听噪声分析评估提供参考。As one of the main noise source in UHV AC substation,the body noise of power transformer,cooling device noise and environment noise of an operated UHV power transformer are always overlapped with each other.This phenomenon would bring about some negative effects for the accurate analysis of noise features of power transformer in UHV AC substation.Based on the noise measurement results of UHV power transformer in a 1 000 kV AC substation,the method to extract the body noise of UHV power transformer based on the combination of stop-band filter and sparse auto-encoder is proposed through the design of stop-band filter and reasonable selection of key parameters of sparse auto-encoder,including number of hidden layer nodes,sparse parameter,etc.The spectrum waterfall of noise signals of UHV power transformer is analyzed.The results have shown that the frequency of body noise of UHV power transformer is mainly at 100 Hz,200 Hz and 300 Hz component.The body noise of UHV power transformer obtained by the proposed network of sparse auto-encoder has the more stable waveform in time domain and high resolution in frequency domain.The results could provide the reference for the analysis and evaluation of audible noise of power transformer in UHV AC substation.
