摘　　要：为满足交直流混合的分布式可再生能源技术国家重点专项东莞园区示范工程要求,文中给出了一种10 kV机械式直流断路器的研制方案,对其拓扑结构及关键部件的参数设计进行了说明,然后基于PSCAD/EMTDC软件搭建仿真模型对电流开断过程进行仿真,对参数进行修正优化,最后搭建了一种LC低频振荡试验回路,对所开发10 kV机械式直流断路器样机进行双向开断验证,所研制样机成功开断了10 kA正向和反向电流,开断时间8.2~8.3 ms,全电流开断时间12.2~12.3 ms,瞬态开断电压峰值16.0 kV。In order to meet the requirement of the demonstration project of the state key special project of the AC/DC hybrid distributed renewable energy technology in dongguan park,this paper presents a development scheme of10 kV mechanical DC circuit breaker,describes its topological structure and parameters design of key components,and then builds a simulation model based on PSCAD/EMTDC software to simulate the current interruption process,and corrects the parameters.Finally,a LC low-frequency oscillation test circuit is constructed.The positive and reverse high-current breaking tests of the developed 10 kV mechanical HVDC circuit breaker prototype are carried out.The developed prototype successfully interrupts 10 kA positive current and reverse current,the breaking time is 8.2~8.3 ms,full current breaking time is 12.2~12.3 ms,and the peak transient interruption voltage is 16.0 kV.
