摘　　要：围绕培养创新应用型人才目标,科学构建以未来采矿行业能力为导向的人才培养新模式。通过论证未来采矿发展方向,细化未来采矿人才必备素养和行业技能。通过人才培养方案改革、实践教学体系建设、校企深度合作以及多元毕业设计创新等有效手段改造升级传统专业。培养既具有超前意识、专业知识,又具备丰富实践经验的行业亟须的复合型人才。Focusing on the goal of cultivating innovative and applied talents,this paper aims to construct a new talent training model oriented towards the future mining industry capacity.By demonstrating the future development direction of mining,the necessary literacy and industry skills of future mining talents need to be refined.Through the reform of talent training program,the construction of practical teaching system,the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,the innovation of multiple graduation projects and so on,the traditional majors are upgraded.We should cultivate the versatile talents who have advanced consciousness,professional knowledge and rich practical experience.
