气相色谱法测定云石胶溶剂中苯、甲苯+二甲苯含量

摘　　要：云石胶样品经乙酸乙酯溶解、定容、过滤后,采用气相色谱外标法,移取1μL在DB-624色谱柱的分离作用下,测得方法相关系数R 2均为0.9993以上,检出限小于0.02 g/kg,对样品进行加标回收实验,测得回收率大于93.9%~108.3%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于10%。实验结果准确可靠,方法简便。可用于测定云石胶中苯、甲苯、二甲苯含量。In this study the external standard method of gas chromatography was used to analyze the dolomite glue samples.After dissolving with ethyl acetate,constant volume and filtering,1μL of the sample was transferred to the DB-624 column and detected.The correlation coefficient R 2 was more than 0.9993,the detection limit was less than 0.02 g/kg,the spiked recovery rate was between 93.9%and 108.3%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 10%.The experimental results were accurate and reliable,and the method was simple,which could be used in the determination of benzene,toluene and xylene in dolomite glue.
