摘 要:肥料中含有杂质硝酸根,而硝酸根是铁路运输危险货物之一。用靛蓝二磺酸钠为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定肥料中的硝酸根,探讨不同因素对硝酸根测定的影响,确定最佳分析条件,610 nm波长处,硝酸根质量浓度在0~50μg时与靛蓝二磺酸钠吸光度呈线性关系,符合朗伯-比尔定律,线性回归方程为y=-0.0054x+0.3806,相关系数R 2=0.9994,加标回收率在95.8%~104%之间,可用于测定肥料中硝酸根含量,方法简便,测定结果准确可靠。The fertilizer contains nitrate,which is dangerous in railway transportation.Using indigo disulfonate as the chromogenic reagent,the nitrate in the fertilizer was determined by spectrophotometry.The influence of different factors on the determination results was discussed.The optimum analysis conditions were determined.At the wavelength of 610 nm,within the concentration range of 0μg to 50μg,the nitrate showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance of indigo disulfonate,according with the Lambert-Beer law.The linear regression equation was y=-0.0054x+0.3806,the correlation coefficient R 2 was 0.9994,and the spiked recovery was between 95.8%and 104%.This method is simple and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of nitrate in the fertilizer.
