摘  要:通过室内试验,对花生茎线虫经快速脱水干燥、缓慢脱水干燥及低温处理后的存活情况进行研究.结果表明:花生茎线虫的脱水存活方式为缓慢脱水策略型;经缓慢脱水处理后,其不同虫态的耐干燥能力存在差异:3龄+4龄幼虫>2龄幼虫>成虫.将花生茎线虫直接置于低温(-10和-20℃)下保存7 d后死亡率达85%以上,但经缓慢脱水处理后的线虫在-10、-20和-80℃下保存35 d后,复苏率分别为18.7%、16.0%和31.8%.To reveal the anhydrobiosis strategy and low temperature tolerance of Ditylenchus arachis,survival rates of D.arachis were investigated under fast and slow dehydration,and low temperature stress.The results showed that the survival strategy of D.arachis belonged to slow dehydration.Its tolerance to dehydration varied significantly among different stages of nematode,whose order was 3rd-and 4th-instar larvae>2nd-instar larvae>adult.Further study showed that the death rate of D.arachis exceeded 85%after cryopreservation at-10 and-20℃for 7 days,though the survival rate of nematodes was 18.7%,16.0%and 31.8%,respectively after slow dehydration at-10,-20 and-80℃for 35 d.
