摘　　要：少数民族流动人口发展性资源和服务性资源等公共资源的供给状况,在很大程度上决定着城市民族事务治理的实际成效。当前,城市少数民族流动人口在公共资源供给方面呈现出基础教育资源薄弱、就业服务资源缺乏、共有文化资源不足、社会保障资源缺位等问题,成为制约城市民族事务治理水平的重要因素。以多元行动主体协同治理、信息网络技术管理、制度设计保障、创新公共资源交易平台等方式优化城市少数民族流动人口公共资源供给路径,促进少数民族流动人口融入城市生活,进而推动城市民族事务治理。Public resources that are supplied to the floating population of ethnic minorities,such as developmental resources and service resources,to a large extent,determine the actual results of urban governance for ethnic affairs.At present,it shows many problems in the supply of public resources,such as weak basic education resources,and lack of employment service resources,common cultural resources and social security resources.The problems above have become important factors that restrict the level of urban social governance.Optimizing the supply paths of public resources for floating population of ethnic minorities through collaborative governance of multiple institutions,information network technology management,system design guarantee,and innovation of public resource trading platforms will encourage the floating population of ethnic minorities to integrate into urban life,and then promote the governance for urban ethnic affairs.
