孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿的效果.方法:回顾性分析2019年2月至2020年2月收治的90例咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组各45例,对照组给予布地奈德治疗,观察组给予布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、日间哮喘评分、夜间哮喘评分和治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组ECP、TNF-α、IL-5水平,夜间哮喘评分及日间哮喘评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿可提高治疗总有效率,以及降低炎性因子水平、日间哮喘评分和夜间哮喘评分的效果优于单纯布地奈德治疗效果.Objective:To explore effects of Montelukast sodium combined with Budesonide on cough variant asthma in children.Methods:The clinical data of 90 children with cough variant asthma admitted from February 2019 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment drugs,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given Budesonide treatment,while the observation group was given Budesonide combined with Montelukast sodium.The treatment effective rate,daytime asthma score,nighttime asthma score,and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-5(IL-5)and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than the control group of 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of ECP,TNF-αand IL-5,the daytime asthma scores and the nighttime asthma score of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Budesonide combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of the children with cough variant asthma can improve the treatment effective rate,and reduce the inflammatory factor levels,daytime asthma score and nighttime asthma score.Moreover,it is superior to single Budesonide.
