摘 要:目的:观察临床护理健康指导在母婴同室新生儿护理中的应用效果.方法:选取120例母婴同室护理的产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各60例.对照组给予常规母婴同室护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予临床护理健康指导,比较两组新生儿相关护理知识了解率和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分.结果:护理7 d后,观察组母乳喂养、新生儿沐浴、新生儿脐部护理、新生儿抚触护理等新生儿相关护理知识了解率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组EPDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床护理健康指导能够有效提高母婴同室护理中产妇对新生儿相关护理知识了解率,缓解产妇抑郁情绪.Objective:To explore effects of clinical nursing health guidance in neonatal nursing of rooming-in.Methods:120 parturients in rooming-in were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each with 60 cases.The control group was given routine rooming-in nursing,while the observation group was given clinical nursing health guidance on the basis of that of the control group.Then,the awareness rate of neonate-related nursing knowledge and the Edinburgh post-neonatal depression scale(EPDS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:7 days after the nursing,the awareness rate of neonate-related nursing knowledge(including breast feeding,neonatal bath,neonatal umbilical nursing,neonatal touching)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the EPDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The clinical nursing health guidance can improve the awareness rate of neonate-related nursing knowledge and relieve the depressive emotions of the parturients.
