摘 要:目的探讨内毒素水平在革兰氏阴性杆菌感染中的临床价值。方法选取肺部感染或慢性肺部基础疾病合并肺部感染患者,以白假丝酵母菌组作为对照组,分析铜绿假单胞菌组、肺炎克雷伯杆菌组、鲍曼不动杆菌组、金黄色葡萄球菌组内毒素水平变化,评估不同类型革兰氏阴性杆菌产生内毒素差异。结果铜绿假单胞菌组、肺炎克雷伯杆菌组、鲍曼不动杆菌组与白假丝酵母菌组内毒素水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),金黄色葡萄球菌组与白假丝酵母菌组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内毒素检测可作为诊断革兰氏阴性杆菌感染的快速简便的方法,同时也是评估病情变化及指导抗菌药物治疗的重要工具。Objective To explore the clinical value of endotoxin levels in gram-negative bacilli infection.Methods Patients with pulmonary infection or chronic lung disease combined with pulmonary infection were selected.The endotoxin levels of pseudomonas aeruginosa group,klebsiella pneumoniae group,acinetobacter baumannii group and staphylococcus aureus group were analyzed,the difference of endotoxin production in different types of gram-negative bacilli was assessed.The endotoxin level of candida albicans group was used as control.Results The endotoxin level of the pseudomonas aeruginosa group,klebsiella pneumoniae group,acinetobacter baumannii group and candida albicans group were significantly different(P<0.05).The statistical difference between candida albicans and staphylococcus aureus group was not found(P>0.05).Conclusion Endotoxin detection can be used as a quick and simple method for the diagnosis of gramnegative bacilli infection,and also is as an important tool for assessing the progression of lung infection and guiding of antibacterial treatment.
